Artha and her best friend, Lizzie went to their first Band Banquet tonight. I dont ever remember band banquet being so formal but here it is. Its being held at a hotel in downtown Austin and seems to be almost prom like with a banquet and such for the whole band. Artha has been so excited about going and we got an amazing deal on this beautiful dress (love those after prom discounts!) The picture really doesnt do them justice. They both just looked so amazing!

Struwwelpeter! I grew up with that book! The long red-legged scissorman gave me nightmares for sure! Post your results when you get something done - I would love to see it. I wish I had the time to be creative again - I envy you for that (I know, envy is not a healthy thing)
